YARN BREAKAGE RECORD

This micro-process computer on the machine does not only demonstrate but also records data i.e. date, time, length and accumulative counts.

 

YARN SQUEEZE DEVICE

By means of horizontal type yarn squeezing, the uniform pressure from beam to beam is achieved. The pressure force can be set according to demand.

 

HIGH SPEED
The machine speed can be set according to different yarn kind.
Average speed for spun yarn is 1000m/min while for filament is 1200m/min.

BRAKING SYSTEM
Sharp disc-brake supplied. No need to reverse beam to find lint.
The brake synchronization system which relates squeeze roller, guide roller and beam guarantees a reliable
outcome with no lint, fluff, frayed or slippery yarns.

BEAM TAKE-UP

Digital control beam take-up system, preset beam surface hardness which uniforms tension from beam to beam.
Multiple applications in the same machine head:
- Interchangeable for warping and loose type beam
- Interactive use for filament and cotton

 

COMB

Sawtooth or zig-zag type comb for optional.
Motorized and adjustable comb equipped, oscillation in vertical and horizontal directions.
Thanks to the comb of well-organized arrangements, the warping yarns promote highest efficiency with further processing on sizing and dyeing machines.

 

CREEL

The creel is made by order in demand of:
- Number of spindles
- Pitch and layers
- Yarn delivery paths which have options in:      drawing from inside, outside or from both sides

SAFETY INTERLOCK

Safety interlocking device is provided in case of man-made operation mistake.

 

LEVELING REED (FOR FILAMENT)

Equipped with a special designed reed in tube-type, in case of bouncing yarns caused by man-made mistake while machine is running. In the meantime, yarns coming from guide board are moving to leveling reed for carding process.

 

GUIDING BOARD (OPTIONAL FOR COTTON OR FILAMENT)

By means of the reinforced, sturdy guiding eyeboard, the yarns are arranged in order. This equipment facilitates a clear yarn travel while machine is running.

 

FLUFF INSPECTION (FOR FILAMENT)

Yarn quality is guaranteed by the precise and delicate monitoring system which measures lint, knots, fluff, impurities, flaws on synthetic yarns.

 

TENSIONER

The tension control system is designed to provide uniform tension and control of the yarn from the warping creel.
Different yarn tensioners are available for various application fields in the filament and spun yarn range.

 

STATIC ELIMINATOR (FOR FILAMENT)

This device which equipped in machine head and each row of creel eliminates static of filament fibers. It helps to remove snarl and stickiness of yarns.

 

AUTO YARN STOP MOTION

Sampling Warper for Laboratory Use

Supply with high sensitivity electronic stop motion. Thanks to electronic yarn inspection, the breakages are easy to be found by indicators in each tier.
Different stop motions are available for various application fields in the filament and spun yarn range.

 

WAXING & COLORING (OPITONAL FOR COTTON OR FILAMENT)

Four Beams in Connection

Yarn oiling, waxing or coloring equipment are available as required. In case of over-oiling or unequal absorption, the elevated of guide roller is activated when machine stops.
Synchronized beam braking system and precision tension control are equipped.
